All information submitted by providers to KePRO for any case review must be submitted
via the iEXCHANGE software by MEDecision.
iEXCHANGE is a browser based application utilized for case submission and uses the
Internet to create a two-way communication link between providers and KePRO. This
software enables providers to quickly and easily submit pre-certification requests
to KePRO for prior authorization.
To obtain access to iEXCHANGE, contact KePRO’s toll-free number 1-877-763-7720.
One of KePRO’s Provider Service Representatives (PSR) will ask a few questions and
connect you to the IT department for completion of account set-up. Once you’re User
ID and Password has been assigned, you may contact a Provider Service Representative
for any further questions concerning case submission.
